Our Mission

It is the mission of R L Wilson, P.C. Law Firm to be an indispensable advisor and advocate for all of our existing and potential clients by offering uniquely wise and effective solutions to diverse and complex legal issues. We will always strive to deliver timely, favorable results in adherence with the highest standards of excellence and integrity, while expertly anticipating our clients’ ongoing strategic business interests in the future.

Our Firm

R L Wilson, P.C., was established by Trey Wilson in 2005 to provide efficient, personal and economical legal services.  After working under and learning from San Antonio’s best attorneys (and even one of its worst), Wilson recognized a void in the Texas legal marketplace – a small law firm that could timely deliver “big firm” service at a reasonable price.  Our business objective is to fill that void, consistent with our Mission and Vision Statements. 

Though the firm is headquartered in San Antonio, we have represented clients across the State of Texas, from Brownsville to Dallas, Houston to Midland, and most small towns in between. We are proud Texans, and pride ourselves on taking in the sites, sounds and cultures of all of Texas’ unique communities. Since our inception, we have represented corporate, governmental and individual clients and helped them to achieve their objectives across the Lone Star State.

While we are well-versed in drafting the documents and engaging in the negotiations necessary to keep you out of the Courthouse, we are equally prepared to litigate when all other remedies have been exhausted.  We recognize that all legal disputes are not created equally, and that far too often  those disputes that lead to litigation become zero-sum games.   R L Wilson, P.C. Law Firm generally advocates resolution through negotiation, as we strive to “never cut what we can untie.”  However, when kindness fails and litigation is inevitable, we are prepared to advocate aggressively for our clients with relentless vigor—we are in it to win. After all, we firmly believe the ancient maxim that “the sword of Justice has no scabbard.”
